Two Dudes had nearly twenty years of loyal locals but an online presence that didn't match the place. The new site had to feel like the restaurant itself, warm, unpretentious, and a few blocks from the beach, while doing a job: get people to order online or show up for dinner. That meant the menu, the Order Online button, and the hours and directions had to be the easiest things to find on every screen, especially on a phone.
An "Ocean to Table" site with a cream, cobalt, and sunny orange palette, hand-drawn flat summer illustrations, and the restaurant's own dish photography in soft arched frames. Order Online stays in the sticky header on desktop and in a fixed Call Us / Order Online bar on mobile, and the full menu is filterable by category so guests can get from craving to order in a couple of taps.
Two Dudes Seafood Restaurant is a family-owned fish house in Atlantic Beach, Florida, serving wild-caught, never-frozen seafood three blocks from the sand since 2006. The walls are covered in surfboards, the day's catch is written on the chalkboard, and most of the room is regulars.
The design leans into that personality: bold cobalt headlines, a rotating yellow "Wild caught, never frozen" badge, a marquee of the restaurant's promises, and a playful grid of fish, sun, octopus, and crab illustrations that make the site feel like a summer day at the beach.
