Presentation Design

Balanced Financial Wellness

Workshop presentation and handout design for Balanced Financial Wellness, turning dense financial education into clear, approachable slides for credit union members.

Challenge

Financial education is dense by nature, and the material had to work for a live workshop audience of everyday credit union members. The decks needed to carry a lot of practical detail, allowances, saving strategies, borrowing, budgeting, without turning into walls of text that lose a room.

Results

A clear, friendly presentation system: a consistent slide architecture with section dividers, poll questions, icon-led key points, and colour-coded age tiers, so facilitators can move through the material easily and attendees can follow along and take the handouts home.

About the Program

Balanced Financial Wellness delivers financial education on behalf of credit unions, running live workshops and providing take-home resources on topics like raising money-smart kids, understanding credit reports, and preventing identity theft.

The design work covers the full workshop kit: branded slide decks built to be presented live, plus matching handouts, all styled to the partner credit union while keeping the Balanced program feeling consistent.

The Process

How this brand came to life

  1. 01

    Research & Discovery

I dig into the business, its audience, and competitors to pinpoint what makes it stand out.

  2. 02

    Define Brand Strategy

I shape a strategy, mission, and positioning aligned with the client's goals.

  3. 03

    Concept Development

I explore visual directions across colour, type, and imagery, then present concepts for feedback.

  4. 04

    Design Exploration

I refine the chosen direction into a full system of logo, type, and palette, then design the site.

  5. 05

    Finalization

I iterate on feedback, finalize every element, and deliver clear brand guidelines.
